Families can sign up for one or more classes. Any student who is ready for middle school and high school level classes can take these classes. The content of these classes are the same for middle school and high school students. However, middle school students will only be expected to learn the material that is appropriate for middle school grades and will have shorter and easier tests, homework, and quizzes. Having combined classes are great for both sets of students! Younger students get exposed to the harder material and can work on harder material for extra credit that can be turned in for rewards. By being exposed to more advanced material, their material is easier to understand and feels easier to complete. The older students get the benefit of the younger students asking basic questions, and they can help the younger students, which helps their own understanding.
