Welcome to Rocket City Academy, a K-12 private school and cover school in Alabama! Our school was founded by a NASA engineer and a scientist with a mission to foster academic excellence, empower students to expand their knowledge, and prepare them for success in college and beyond.
Our courses are designed to challenge and engage students at all levels, with a focus on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Students can choose from our wide selection of courses and complete them at their own pace. Students can enroll full time or can enroll part time. Our dedicated instructors are experts in their fields and are committed to providing a personalized learning experience for each student.
We offer virtual classes for K-12 through our Rocket City Virtual Academy, which offers two dynamic learning pathways: synchronous learning and asynchronous learning. Synchronous learning mirrors traditional in-person classes where students and instructors interact regularly on a set scheudle and engage in live learning and discussions. Asynchronous learning provides students the freedom to move along at their own pace, offering flexibility to complete assignments at their convenience.
We also have in-person learning options. Our preschool and pre-K classes are offered at our Madison Campus, and our exclusive girls-only elementary classes are offered at our Huntsville Campus. These classes are focused on helping young minds flourish in a supported, social, and inspiring environment.
